Is a first timer good to play the Cello?

Hey! I'm 12yrs old and I've been to piano cles during the summer for practically one month.Thing is that I want to learn to play the cello! Iwent to see this cello group called 'Break of Reality" and fell in Love! with Cello music.Tell me what you guys think thx!
