Do you think being gay is normal? (NOT FROM A RELIGIOUS PERSPECTIVE)?

Do you think being gay is normal FROM A BIOLOGICAL STANDPOINT? I do not want any religous statements about it being against the Bible because the Bible is not fact; science is. I believe it is normal because current studies (for the most part) indicate that it happens in 1/10 births. I also believe that all humans are partially biual and are capable of having some kind of attraction or feelings to members of the same and opposite . What do you guys think?
