If you go to sleep and sleep for only 1-2 hours will you be more tired whn you wake?

you always feel like you don't want to get up regardless. If you sleep for only 1-2 hours you won't be able to stay awake as long as you normally would, early night tomorrow. You will be able to stay awake longer than if you hadn't slept at all though. But you can sleep for 1-2 hours at frequent points throughout the day and actually change your sleep schedule and sleep less overall. see polyphasic sleeping.
