30 lbs of chicken and 20 lbs of ground round What do I do with all of that?

a couple other ideas are bake the chicken, then it will be ready to use for chicken salad, or to cut up and put into a lettuce salad, or ready for sandwiches. you can cut some up into strips or real small pieces and sautee/fry in alittle oil with a package of taco seasoning mix (like ortega), maybe alittle bit of water, simmer, and put into taco shells w/shredded cheddar cheese, tomatoes or onions if you like too. if your family likes sweet potatoes you can bake the chicken in a roasting or baking pan with store or meat market type chicken gravy, peeled carrots and peeled and cut up sweet potatoes. you can bake chicken and top with ham, spinach and swiss cheese when the chicken is cooked thru. or you could add bacon and provolone instead. i dont know if it is whole or cut up...bone in or out. and ground beef...you can make beef tacos the same way just about. fry ground beef w/onions, add package of taco seasoning mix, then put into taco shell w/tomatoes, lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese. i think this is enough for now. good luck!
