Tubal Ligation during C-Section or should hubby get Vasectomy?

Any experiences, good or bad, and opinions with either one appreciated! Normally we wouldn't be considering the tubal, but since they are going to be in there anyway...but I've also heard it may have more negative consequences than a vasectomy would.
