How can i make her feel bad without letting her know I'm hurt.?

she always has something for us to do on the weekends becouse on the week days we work and sence we dont live together we dont see eachother. Today I was looking fowerd to spending time with her and she didnt. All day I havent seen her and we havent bin alone together for three weeks if you know what I mean. sometimes I just want to break up with her but I cant seem to go threw with it in a way I love her in a nother I hate the way she makes me feel. we have bin together for four yrs and I still feel I could get a better girl a girl that makes me feel inportant to her life and loves me for who I am not for who she wants me to be
