Employment Background Check? Warrant issue. Help.?

I recently got hired at a job on Wednesday of Last week(2-9-11) Im just waiting for my pre-employment background check before I can start. Here is the issue. I received a Letter today from the Courthouse saying I have a Warrant For My Arrest and the warrant was issued on 2-11-11. I immediately went down to the courthouse to figure out why, cause I havent done anything wrong. I talked to the lady and The warrant was issued because I havent finish paying my DUI cl. She immediately Recalled the warrant and NO more warrant, issue solved. Now I am stressed out. I want this job so bad! Would it show up on my background check? and Should I call the employer tomorrow and tell her the situation? (The lady told me the warrant would be immediately off my background check)
