Positive vasectomy reversal stories??

My hubby had a reversal done aobut 4 weeks ago.Its was almost 9 years into it.THe doctors said that the sperm where there and "flowing".I just want to hear some good stories for a chance!!please!Funny thing iam having a few pregnancy symptoms.....lol...FATIGUE...big time,slight nausea,tender ,i ithnk i have implantation bleeding,it spotted for 2 days than stoped(very slight pink/brownish)periods not due for 11-12 days so i cant test!slight cramping today.Anyway...who has it worked for???
