Might be having gall bladder surgery ? I'm super scared of vomiting afterwards !?

Well if you look at my past questions , i asked a lot about heartburn . As it turns out , the problem may be in my gall bladder . I'm about to go to the doctor in a few minutes (having a physical) . I know a lot of people get their gall bladder removed laparoscopically . And i know that with a lot of surgeries , nausea and vomitting is a result . I'm scared of throwing up once the surgery is done ! Anyone have this surgery ? Did you throw up ? How long did it take you to recover ? Will it take me longer to recover since I'm only 14 years old ? Please help !
