Do you think smoking cigarettes should be illegal?

I'd LIKE for cigs to be illegal... My husband and sister in law both have asthma, and sometimes have to walk RIGHT PAST smokers to get to the EMERGENCY ROOM. Hello!? And my father-in-law died of cancer caused by second-hand smoke in his childhood. I'd LOVE tobbaco to be illegal. Will it ever happen? *hopeless laughter*
