Do I need to be able to do basic maths in my head and fast to be a Software Programmer?

I've always find it difficult to do basic maths in my head but I always get a "B" grade sometimes "A" in my maths exam if I have a calculator and if I studied enough. In case you were wondering I do algebra, induction, discrete maths, seq and series, everything a high school student needs.
