Chicago's inner-city violence has led to 37 killings of public-school children since fall. Why didn't Obama..?

Obama has never done ANYTHING to benefit anyone but himself (and those who give him money for favors) in any capacity or position he has ever held...Why would he 'CHANGE' that now?
